What types of grills do you offer?
We specialise in premium grilling equipment including Charcoal Grills, Gas Grills, Pellet Grills, and Smokers. We also carry essential accessories like Grill Covers and Grilling Utensils/Tools to complete your outdoor cooking setup.
Are your products suitable for professional use?
Absolutely! Our selection includes both high-end residential models and professional-grade equipment. Many of our customers are serious grill enthusiasts and competition barbecuers who demand the best performance from their equipment.
Do you offer international voltage options for electric grills/smokers?
Most of our electric-powered equipment comes configured for UK voltage (230V). If you need different voltage options for international use, please contact our customer service team before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

We offer two reliable shipping methods:

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly serve grill enthusiasts globally, except for some Asian and remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
How long does order processing take?
Our BBQ experts carefully prepare each order in 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility in Lichfield.
What if my delivery is delayed?
While we work with premium carriers, occasional delays can occur. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact us to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Do your products come with manufacturer warranties?
Most of our grills and smokers include manufacturer warranties ranging from 1-10 years depending on the brand and model. Warranty information is included with your product documentation.

Can I visit your physical location?
Our headquarters at 35 Church St, Lichfield, GB CH3I 5FQ is primarily an operations center, but we’d love to meet fellow grill enthusiasts by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
