Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unused, with all packaging and tags). Like monitoring your smoker’s internal temperature, we’ve made the process simple and transparent.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used grilling utensils/tools (must be in original packaging)
- Opened packages of grill cleaning supplies
- Custom or special order items

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
