We fire up our processing within 1-2 business days after receiving your order – faster than charcoal reaches optimal grilling temperature!

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to get your grilling gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Note: We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions where delivery isn’t possible. Our delivery estimates are based on working days and may vary during peak seasons.

Our Return Promise

If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our returns process works as smoothly as our top-rated pellet grills maintain temperature. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unused, with all packaging and tags).

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used grilling utensils/tools (must be in original packaging)
  • Opened packages of grill cleaning supplies
  • Custom or special order items

  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

3. Ship Your Return

Package items securely (we recommend using original packaging) and include all accessories. Ship to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (about as long as a perfect brisket smoke)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different model of charcoal grill or gas grill? Follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is processed. We’ll expedite the new shipment like a well-tuned smoker reaching optimal temperature.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping service – like you’d use a reliable meat thermometer for important cooks.
