5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship globally except some Asian and remote regions where delivery isn’t possible. Delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons.

5.4 Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work to resolve it with the same care we’d recommend for troubleshooting grill issues.

6. Returns & Refunds
